T.I. & Tiny Arrested For Drug Possession

According to a number of sources, rapper T.I. and his new wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle were arrested last night in West Hollywood and charged with possession of a controlled substance. 

Clifford "T.I." Harris, who is currently serving a three-year probation after he pleaded guilty in May of 2009, for attempting to purchase machine guns and silencers before the BET Awards in 2007, was pulled over with Tiny after deputies smelled marijuana coming from the Maybach car they were driving.

The pair, who were just married this July in Miami, were taken into custody by L.A. County Sheriff Deputies for the infraction.

While details are sketchy as of press time, the arrest could impact T.I. greatly.  T.I. was just released from prison March of this year and currently has a #1 movie, Takers.

The internet went nuts last night when this video was posted on WorldStarHipHop.com of Kat Stacks at the InterContinental Hotel in Atlanta with Soulja Boy. Kat Stacks knows exactly what the hell she's doing and he fell right into her trap.....like a puppet. He may be 20-years old but I thought he at least had more sense than this. I know Kat is an easy f*ck but damn Soulja. And she exposes that he "snorts coke" AND that he can't f*ck. Damn, damn, damn!! As if her beef with Lil Kim wasn't enough, now Nicki Minaj is being sued for damaging the Lamborghini she rented in her "Massive Attack" video. Poor thing! According to TMZ:

Rapper Nicki Minaj banged up a rented Lambo to the tune of nearly $12,000, according to a lawsuit filed by the rental car company.

The plaintiff, Hollywood Exotic Car Rental, claims Minaj agreed to rent a 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago -- at the rate of $1,750 a day -- to shoot her "Massive Attack" music video.

But according to the suit -- filed today in L.A. County Superior Court -- the exotic car was driven "off-road" and damaged "in the approximate amount of $11,589.41."  Plus, they allege, Minaj didn't pay three days rent on the car -- that's another $5,250.

The rental company is suing for unpaid rental charges, property damage, and punitive damage.

Hope she has the "cash money" to handle that.

Swizz Beatz better watch out! Ex-wife Mashonda is calling him out claiming he has not been paying money that is rightfully owed to her. She say's he's a deadbeat father! Who'da thunk it? This is what the DailyNews is reporting:

Songbird Mashonda says ex-hubby Swizz Beatz is a deadbeat who owes her big money - just as he's about to marry singer Alicia Keys.

Mashonda Dean, whose divorce from the hip-hop star was finalized two weeks ago, is reportedly targeting Swizz Beatz in Manhattan Supreme Court for missing $334,000 in alimony and child-support payments.

The "No Panties" singbird married Swizz Beatz, whose real name is Kasseem Dean, in 2004. The couple split in 2008, with Beatz moving on to Keys, the Grammy-winning singer of "Fallin'."

 The couple has a 3-year-old son, Kasseem Dean, Jr.

Seems like all his attention is on his current lady Alicia Keys, whose recent pictures on the net have generated a buzz that she is pregnant. Swizzy better get it together.

Dwyane Wade's Wife Sues Gabrielle Union

Dwyane Wade's wife is not going down without a fight and she is playing no games. It's time to pay up!! She has filed a lawsuit in Chicago against his mistress Gabrielle Union for the breakup of her marriage. According to Siohvaughn, Gabby flaunted her escapades in front of her and Dwyane's two sons, which caused "emotional distress".

Siohvaughn Wade claims actress Gabrielle Union "engaged in sexual foreplay with Dwyane Wade" in front of Wade's 8-year-old and 2-year-old sons while on an unsupervised visitation to the basketball star's Miami home, according to a suit filed Tuesday in Cook County Circuit Court.

The 8-year-old later told court appointed child representative Lester Barelay what happened and asked him "to put his father in jail..." so he would not have to return to the home, which he calls "the house where the woman kissing daddy lives," the suit said.

On one visitation, Wade allegedly orchestrated a meeting between Union and the boys, where he introduced the actress as his "girlfriend" and said "that is why your mom and I are going to divorce," according to the suit.

The boy's mother claims the sexual foreplay in front of the boys and the orchestrated meeting to introduce the children to their future stepmother caused emotional distress.

Siohvaughn Wade and the boys are seeking more than $50,000 from Union at a trial.

Major Bucks Coming Kelis' Way....

Kelis was not goin' down without a FIGHT. She was dead set on getting her money and it looks like it paid off. According to TMZ, Nas was ordered to pay quite a hefty price in regards to spousal and child support as well as legal fees.

According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Nas had to immediately fork over $47,249.42 in back child support and $40,454 in back spousal support.

The judge also ordered Nas to pay $10,000/month in spousal support until he pays off the $299,015.50 he owes Kelis.

Nas also has to pay 90% of Kelis’ legal fees in the amount of $155,787.28.

Lastly, Nas has to pay $48,549.83 to cover Kelis’ accounting expenses.

D'Angelo, 36, whose real name is Michael Archer, was in his top-of-the-line Range Rover at Greenwich and Horatio streets at about 2:30 a.m. when he spotted a woman he took to be a prostitute, sources said.

He was arrested and charged with solicitation after asking the woman for sex, the sources said. His manager declined to comment.

$8,200 In Child Support A Month? I Know Mathew Knowles Is Tight

So it seems Papa Knowles has to pay up after all. Yesterday, a judge ordered Mathew Knowles to pay babymama Alexsandra Wright $8,200 a month in child support and all of her medical costs that she was not insured for. He is slated to take a DNA test March 1, but Wright was already granted the child support and has to be paid over $20,000 for the month of January. That's odd seeing as how the baby was born February 4th. Anyway, I'm sure Mathew is none too pleased about that.

By the way, Wright claimed she had an 18-month relationship with Knowles. Hmmm.

Smh...Another Reality Show Contestant Guilty Of First-Degree Murder

I'm really starting to think when you go on a reality show, you become insane. It seems like every time you turn around a reality show star or contestant has gotten into some shit.

Jamal Rashead TrueLove, a former contestant on VH1 Reality Show “I Love New York 2, has been convicted of murder.


A San Francisco jury found the former reality TV show contestant guilty of killing a man in 2007.
Twenty-nine-year-old Jamal Rashead Trulove of Oakland was convicted Tuesday of first-degree murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Prosecutors say Trulove fatally shot 28-year-old Seu Kuka at a San Francisco public housing project in July 2007. Truelove was arrested in Monterey County on a $5 million murder warrant in October 2008.

Trulove appeared on the VH1 reality show “I Love New York 2.” The program was filmed in Los Angeles just three weeks before Kuka’s murder.

Truelove appeared on the first episode and was dismissed from the show for fighting. He could face a minimum of 50 years to life in prison when sentenced March 19.

Lloyd Banks Beats Up Concert Promoter, Gets Arrested + Pic Of Victim

Lloyd Banks apparantly can't keep his hands to himself. He was arrested friday night for beating up a Toronto concert promoter. He wasn't alone either, according to TorontoNews, there were at least 3 other men who took part in the assault:

The four men are now facing, assault, forcible confinement and robbery charges. The group allegedly held and beat Toronto’s Chris Hines on Friday night, after Lloyd walked out on a concert he had been contracted to perform. The men were held by police over the weekend and are expected to make their first appearance in court on Monday.

Tiger Woods, Are We Trippin Off Him Cheating Or His Image?

I will say that I was shocked when I first found out about Tiger Woods and his infidelity. Now finding out there are at least 10 women who claim to have been with him during his marriage has definitely got me trippin. But I'm not so sure if its because he cheated (because lets keep it real) or if its because of this image he portrayed all these years. You look at Tiger Woods and see a man who is wholesome, intelligent and pretty much a goody two-shoes. Before this scandal, I never EVER heard anything negative about him.

--Tiger is offering his wife $5 million to stay at this moment, but the amount can go up to $80 million (prenups and all).

--10 women have come forward claiming to have been with him during his marriage (3 of them have not yet been identified).

Pleasure P has this to say about the allegations of him being a child molester via his website:

All of the recent rumors and accusations that are being circulated about me are 100-percent false,” the statement reads. “They are disgusting and vile, and they are being spread by individuals with their own sick agendas. The purported documents that are also being circulated are forgeries. I have never met or known anyone by the name of ‘AGoldstein’ or Laura Goldstein or Ashley Goldstein, which I believe are fictitious names. I have never been represented by an attorney named Goldstein. For someone to go to such depths to assassinate my character and slander my good name is truly criminal. My attorneys are investigating this matter and will take all necessary and appropriate action to protect my name and reputation.”

Pleasure P A Child Molester?! What's Next?

Seems like '09 is ending with a heap of drama in the entertainment world. I guess sh*t comes to light to start the new year right. Former Pretty Ricky member, Pleasure P, was convicted of molesting his niece and nephew.

Pleasure P. (real name: Marcus Cooper) has been outed as a repeat child molestor and the victims were 4 years old and 3 years old. And to make matters worse, they were his own niece and nephew! Rumors are circulating that this is the reason why he left Pretty Ricky back in 2007. In fact, he was allegedly KICKED OUT of the group but the label and management decided it’d be best to tell the world that he just wanted to go solo.

Apparantly, Pleasure P's lawyers are upset that he has not paid his bills, so a daughter of one of the lawyers put him on BLAST.....via TWITTER.

My dad was being paid to cover it up but they owe my dad a lot of money and don’t want to pay him. I first overheard my dad say that it was someone famous but I found out who he was talking about.

This guy Pleasure P got kicked out of a group bc he was hiding that he was a child molester. his managers or whatever hired my dad to keep it quiet so he could get a record deal

The guy Pleasure P molested a 4 yr old child and was about to molest another one when police came and saved the child. Now, the truth is out they’re threatening my family nd telling my dad he’s going to get sued. But they can’t because its a crime.

I know you heard a lot about the whole “Pretty Rickey/Pleasure P” child molestation drama. Well I am VERY close to the situation and BOTH parties and I want you to understand that it is ALL true. Not speculation or anything. He was convicted. The problem lies in Blue Star Entertainment, the label that housed and groomed Pretty Ricky. They paid a substantial amount of money to have these documents sealed back in 2006. The label wanted to keep the aura of Pleasure in the group and figured since he was signed basically for life that they would recoup the cost. Well, this was not the case as the other members of Pretty Ricky started separating themselves from Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper as time went on. This eventually lead to them riding in separate cars to shows, arguing amongst themselves to them even jumping him (Pleasure P) at one point. This lead to him leaving the group but he is still very much contracted to Blue Stars Entertainment for 5 albums.

Here’s what happened: When he was 16 going on 17, he was left alone with his niece and nephew with whom he touched and penetrated with fingers on several occasions. His aunt noticed his niece complaining of her genital area hurting, when asked what happened she replied “Uncle Marcus keeps touching me and he hurt me”. Of course Marcus (Pleasure P) denied the allegations but the doctor found signs that she had vaginal damage and tearing. Charges were then pursued by the State of Florida.

The incident happened in 2004 going into 2005. He served like 8 months, rehab and community service by time the trial came up. Marcus accepted a plea with the State of Florida and Joseph Smith who is the care giver of the niece and nephew which Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper molested. These are not the only papers filed against him. These are the first of 3. As part of the plea agreement Marcus plead guilty and paid an “undisclosed amount” to remain free and have the records “sealed” and on the family level for them to remain quiet and not to speak publicly about it. The “sealed document” means nothing other than “we won’t tell anyone it’s here..but if they find it they can have it” basically. The problem also is that Attorney Goldstein (Who represented Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper in the trial) has a daughter named Laura Goldstein who is also her fathers assistant. Marcus Cooper never completed his payments after the hearing to his attorney.

Attorney Goldstein tried to reach out to Marcus only to be told “Don’t call this phone no more” on several occasions. This caused frustration on Attorney Goldstein’s ends due to the time & effort he put into this “special plea bargain” he negotiated that I don’t think ANY attorney could have done. After Attorney Goldstein threatened to sue Marcus Cooper the “alleged threats” became real from Coopers end. I have personally heard these messages and I know who they are from and they are very disturbing. Especially to an attorney who can use them against you.

Laura Goldstein felt her father was not doing enough to stop the threats as they began to increase so she took to twitter (her twitter is @AGoldsteinGirl) to “expose” Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper in a way that was sure to make him “go away”. Now all the documents from the initial hearing have been released and there is plenty more evidence out there I assure you. Everyone involved including Spectacular (Pretty Ricky) have commented via twitter on the documents in shock thinking they would never get out.

The next problem is whether Laura Goldsteins father will have to pay the ultimate price of getting disbarred for breaking Attorney Client Privilege or will it be deemed public domain? I don’t know, but I do know both parties and its about to get ugly. I will keep you up to speed if anything else jumps off.
