Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, back to her blonde streaks, celebrated her 35th birthday with her fiance T.I. last night at the Havana Club in Buckhead. I love seeing these two together.

Brandy stepped out looking fab at Serena Williams Pre-ESPY party earlier this week. Many celebrities were in the building, which took place at a private residence outside LA, including model Selita Ebanks, Lance Gross, Vivica A. Fox and Boris Kodjoe.

Being pregnant isn't stopping Alicia Keys from doing what she does best -- performing. She performed on both ABC's "Good Morning America" and CBS' "The Early Show in NYC yesterday. She looked cute in her Alice & Olivia Kathryn Safari Jumpsuit ($368), showing off her baby bump.

My favorite twins, Tia and Tamera Mowry, attended "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" premiere during the 2010 Los Angeles Film Festival at the Nokia Theatre at LA Live in Los Angeles (June 25). I really wish Tia would have worn some different lipstick and done something different to her hair but they both always look cute.

Timberland Celebrates Birthday With Ciara, Justin Timberlake, Brandy and Ray J

 

Music producer/rapper Timberland celebrated his birthday last night at Drai's Hollywood with a bunch of his celebrity friends that included Brandy, Ciara, Ray J and Justin Timberlake. Even Paris Hilton was in the mix.

The Norwood family attended VH1's Upfront 2010 event to promote their show, "A Family Business". Fantasia was also there with kisses in tow for Ray-J.

Ludacris hosted a Ralph Lauren fundraiser with his stunning girlfriend at the Atlanta Ralph Lauren Polo Boutique. Gabrielle Union and Keshia Knight Pulliam were also there.

Brandy: "I Can Rap", Talks About Her Other Persona Bran'Nu

Brandy will always be known as an R&B veteran but she has her eyes set on another talent. She has been getting very serious about the rapping side of her. Bran'Nu is what she calls herself and this is what she had to say about that whole persona, how it came about and her music career future.

Here's how Bran'Nu came about. I was in the car one day rapping. I was just listening to a beat and started flowing off the top of my head. It was crazy. I was like, “Oh my God, I’m learning!” I’ve always loved hip-hop, could always quote all of the verses from rappers like Eminem, Lil Wayne and Jay-Z.

Sometimes I prefer hip-hop over R&B. So I could always do that. But never really seemed to fit. Then I did it one day. I was like “OMG, I could rap, I could rap, I know I can rap, let me call my brother and get confirmation."

So I called my brother to get the confirmation, called my cousin, and I rapped for them and they were like, "B’ you’re onto something." I did it as a hobby for a while and then Timbaland was like, “You gotta do this, you gotta come on the album." For him to think that it was good enough to be on his album was like whoa.

But I’m a little nervous to really do Bran'Nu though on a consistent basis, because I never want my fans to think that I’m going to abandon them. I’m still Brandy. I really do love to rap. It's a part of my personality. I really get to express creatively, but I wouldn’t do a whole rap album. I think it’d be a lie if I did that.

Nicki Minaj is my favorite rapper right now. I love her. She is just so dope to me. I like her style and the way she performs, all of that. She’s different than anybody that has ever been out. I would do a song with Bran'Nu and Nicki. Absolutely. But I need about two weeks with my verse and I’ll be good. Nicki Minaj ain’t about to upstage me :)

As far as the name, Bran'Nu is a name that my momma gave to me a long time ago. People used to always call me Bran'Nu all the time and Timbaland thought that was a brilliant name for it for a whole rap persona.

 LisaRaye stepped out in white, as usual, for the launch party of her new reality show "The Real McCoy" (April 6). Joined by her 19-year old daughter Kai and a few celebrity friends, including Lance Gross, Brandy, Ray-J and Tiffany "New York" Pollard. LisaRaye hosted the party at the Standard Hotel in LA. I don't know about you, but I damn sure will be watching.

Brandy, You Look High As Hell....

.....or are you drunk? Anyway, Brandy and Monica partied together in Miami over the weekend and Monica tweeted these pics with the caption "Wow, we grown. LOL" Everybody knows the two had a massive hit "The Boy Is Mine" back in 1998 and for the longest everybody thought the two were feuding with each other. Evidently, NOT! It's good seeing them together again.

Brandy's new reality show "Brandy & Ray J's Family Business" premieres this Sunday, April 11 @ 9pm on VH1.

Brandy, who turned 31 yesterday and BFF Kelly Rowland, who turned 29 on the same day (Feb. 11) celebrated their birthdays together at Club Mansion in Miami.  Brandy's rumored boo, Flo-Rida, was in the building and brother Ray-J hosted the party.

Stars Come Together For 2010 Version Of "We Are The World"

Many musicians including Brandy, Lil Wayne, Akon, Mya, Keri Hilson, Tyrese, Usher, Kanye West and Jennifer Hudson came out to record the remake to "We Are The World", this time for the benefit of the Haiti earthquake victims. "We Are The World Haiti" was recorded in Hollywood yesterday and the proceeds from the songs will aid in Haiti relief efforts.
