VIDEO: My Niecey Pooh

As I stated in my previous blog, my neice NEVAEH, was born very early this morning. I spent about 4 hours in the hospital today with her and of course, like a proud auntie, I took many pictures and videos of her. Cant wait til she comes to the house. My sis and the baby are gonna be at my house for a week when she leaves the hospital tomorrow. =]

My niece, NEVAEH, was born at 1:24am!!!! I'm so excited. I couldnt be there when she delivered cause the hospital only allowed two people...so the whole night my mother was giving me the play by play.

I spoke to my sister and her and the baby are doing fine. Nevaeh was 9lbs, 14lbs (ouch). I cant wait to see her later in the morning.

Thank you God everything went wonderful. I'll be posting pics real soon!!!!

Get Here Already

My sister keeps getting false alarms. She was due today, and NEVEAH (the unborn), had us all believing she was gonna enter this world today. I was up at 8am this morning after getting word that she was in the hospital. I'm excited as fuck thinking she's going into labor. I traveled from my home to Brooklyn Hospital...the whole time thinking I dont wanna miss anything. I get there, my mother is there and my sister's fiancee is there. But all they're doin is monitoring her and the baby's heart rate. She wasn't even in a gown for goodness sake.

I stayed there for a while because at first they didnt let me see her since she was with the doctor. I eventually got to see her and talk to her. She said she was doin well...she's just anxious like we ALL are. She was later sent home, but we all think she's gonna have the baby tomorrow. Cant wait!!!!!
