Cankles And A Fat Nose....Yep, Alicia Keys Is Preggers!

Alicia Keys and her babydaddy Swizz Beatz got real sophisticated and classy for the Keep A Child Alive Black Ball in London (May 27). Even with the tabloids going crazy and pictures of a baby bump, I still wasn't 100% convinced Alicia was preggers.....until I saw these pics. Her nose is definitely changing and she clearly is starting to have swollen ankles. I'm not Alicia's personal analyst but some things tell the tale. And the puffy ass dress didnt help either.
