Nivea and babydaddy Lil Wayne were spotted leaving his hotel room yesterday....with 3 month old son, Neal in tow. The three were reportedly on their way to New Jersey's Teterboro Airport. I wonder where the hell they were going? Can't go too far because Weezy is schedule to appear in court Monday.
